Contexts, energy and duration: choosing in ten seconds

How to organise your actions so the right task is obvious at any given moment.

The problem to solve

You have sixty next actions. You have twenty minutes between two meetings, you are tired, and all you have is your phone.

How many of those sixty are doable now? Probably five. But you have to reread all sixty to find the five, and that costs more energy than the actions themselves.

The solution: filter in advance on three criteria.

Criterion 1: context

Context answers: what do I need in order to do this action?

Classic contexts: at the office, at home, on the phone, at the computer, out shopping, out and about, with a given person, waiting for.

You only open the list for the context available. Fifteen actions instead of sixty.

The rest is part of the Organisation & Planning module
