The annual and quarterly goals map
One page linking your life domains, your annual goals and your three priorities for the quarter.
Why a map rather than a list
A list of annual goals shows neither the trade-offs, nor the conflicts, nor the imbalances.
A map makes them visible immediately: if the health branch is empty and the work branch is overloaded, you see it in a second.
This lesson assumes the basics of the Mind Mapping & Note-Taking module, but it works without them.
The life map, one page, reviewed each year
Centre: the year, with an image.
Main branches, your life domains, six to eight maximum: health, work and career, finances, relationships, learning, personal projects, contribution, environment, meaning where you live and the setting.
For each domain, three sub-branches.
The rest is part of the Organisation & Planning module
